We want you to feel amazing in your Berriber® pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we offer simple, transparent returns for full-priced items.
Full-Priced Items
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:
- Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags are attached
- No marks from makeup, deodorant, or perfume
- Returned in original packaging
Approved returns will receive store credit with no expiry. We do not offer refunds.
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Return
Please email us at support@berriber.com.au within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Once approved, you can post the item back to us. Return postage is at the customer's expense. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your parcel reaches us.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive something faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@berriber.com.au with:
- Clear photos of the issue
- Your order number or proof of purchase
We’ll arrange a replacement or store credit. If the item is out of stock, we’ll issue store credit.
Important Notes
- No refunds, returns are issued as store credit only
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange
- Returns that don’t meet our policy may be refused
- Store credit never expires
- Gift cards are not returnable
