We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. Errors may occur and we reserve the right to correct them. Prices are in AUD and may change without notice.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns on full-priced items for store credit only.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days in original condition.
  • Sale items are final sale and can’t be returned.

 

6. Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact us within 7 days at support@berriber.com.au with photos and your order number. We’ll issue a replacement or store credit.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including designs, text, logos, and photos, belongs to Berriber. You may not copy, use, or distribute it without permission.

 

8. User-Generated Content

By tagging Berriber or using our branded hashtags, you give us permission to use your content for marketing. You must own the rights to any content you share. To request removal, contact support@berriber.com.au.

 

9. Legal & Liability

Berriber is not liable for:

  • Delays or losses caused by third-party couriers
  • Errors in the information you provide
  • Website downtime or technical issues
