We ship from Melbourne, Australia and aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days.

Free Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on orders over $100
  • Express Shipping: FREE on orders over $150

Shipping is handled via Australia Post. All orders include tracking.

 

🧘 YOGA MAT SHIPPING (Australia Only)

Yoga mats and other bulky items (over 3kg) are shipped with separate rates due to their weight.

Shipping rates are based on total cart weight:

  • These rates apply per order, based on total weight
  • Free shipping thresholds do not apply to orders containing bulky items
  • Orders with both yoga mats and standard items will be charged accordingly.

We currently do not ship yoga mats internationally, including to New Zealand.

Customs & Import Fees (NZ Orders)

New Zealand orders may incur customs or import duties. These fees are not included in your shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.

If an order is refused or returned due to unpaid customs, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

 

Address Updates

Please contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address.

Once your order is processed or shipped, changes can’t be made — but you may be able to redirect through the courier.

 

Incorrect or Undeliverable Orders

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

  • Re-shipping fees will apply
  • If you choose not to re-ship, we’ll issue a store credit minus the original shipping cost

 

Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet delivery timeframes, delays can happen due to:

  • Courier network issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs clearance
  • Busy seasons (e.g. holidays, sales)
